We had a wonderful time in New York City, largely due to the planning and organization of our guide, Derek Moscarelli. We always knew what to expect and where to be at what time. There was a great mix of group time and discretionary time. Our bus driver, Mr. Bing, was very competent (he had to make a K turn due to an accident on a very narrow street!) He was always upbeat and had a big smile for everyone. Both Mr. Bing and Mr. Moscarelli contributed to a very positive experience.

This is the worst company that I have ever experienced in my whole life. They lied about the first class airline tickets and although collected the money for first class, booked me in coach seats and wouldn't refund the difference, booked in sub par hotels with no air conditioning facing brick walls, in restaurants where the best thing was the bottled water, a cruise with the worst food and accommodations but the very worst was the tour manager who was condescending, crude and ignorant. I just completed a "Southern Italy and Sicily' tour with Sergio Solazzo as our Tour Director. Sergio, is without a doubt, the BEST Tour Director I have ever had. He was always right there to help all of us at any time. He told us historical and fictional stories--funny ones too! I hope to take another tour with Sergio as our guide very soon. Thank you, Collette for providing such an outstanding guide, Sergio Solazzo!!!!!

I just came off a Music Cities Tour with tour manager Samantha Flemke and driver Avery Fryar. What a great time we had in New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville. It had long been a dream to visit New Orleans and my dream has been fulfilled. Thank you Collette! #guidedbycollette

We are just back from a wonderful tour of the American Music Cities. Words can't express how great our tour manager, Derek Moscarelli, was as well as our bus driver Reggie Hausey. Derek always had interesting stories to tell, made our time on the bus fun and was very knowledgeable about the cities and places we visited. His handouts were very useful and the schedules he gave us kept us on track as to where we had to be and when. I have been on 2 Collette tours and have loved them both. I would never be able to do as much on my own as I did with Collette. I just came home today from the America's Music City tour and had a great time and am thankful that Derek Moscarelli our tour guide and Reggie was our driver. They were kind and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend Collette for their next tour and I look forward to taking more tours with Collette in the future!

We just got back from an 8 day trip to the American Music Cities..We had a great trip. Our tou r manager Derrick was superb. When u asked him a question, was always ready with an answer. Never had to say let me get back to you I will check. He always made sure our luggage was on and off the bus. But most of all was always very personable. My husband andi rate him Excellent. Now our drive Reggie Hausey. Great driver, always smiling. We also rate him Excellent.

We recently returned from the National Parks Tour with Tour guide Derek and Driver Scott. BEST tour experience ever! Both were professional and upbeat and always there for any of our needs. They made the trip informative and fun! The itinerary was well planned for sightseeing, rest stops and hotel accommodations. Can't wait for our next Collette trip.
