My husband and I have traveled twice with Collette, and we have recently booked our third trip with them. They are a top notch company! We never worry about any aspects of travel with Collette. They are truly a customer service driven company. Highly recommend their travel services!
I loved the tour. However the billing system sucks! Sorry. At the last minute the person I was initially placed and billed with when we signed up one year earlier was moved to a different roommate who signed up after we did. We were not aware this had occurred until the weekend prior to departure. As a result the options Collette offered me were to drop off of the trip for which I'd been preparing for one year or pay an additional $1500 instantly. My husband and I just return from a tour of Scotland and Ireland. This was our third straight year tour with Colette and each trip has even exceptional. My family immigrated from both Scotland and Ireland and it was delightful to discover my roots. The people, the scenery, the food were great surprises. Our tour guide (Denise) did a wonderful job of informing the group of the history, the politics and rituals of the countries. As usual, there is just never enough time. We will be back Colette.
I have traveled with other companies. However, Collette gives you more "bang" for your buck. Very professional and the hotels were great. My next trip will be with a Collette tour. Judith E Johnston
I just returned from a 14-day Eastern European tour with Collette. This was my first group tour experience and I had a wonderful time! Just returned from tour of Ireland with John Fitzgibbon as our guide. Loved the country, and the excursions offered. John was a wealth of information. Would use this company again without hesitation.
Flying out of Milan tomorrow morning after finishing a two week tour of Italy. First guided tour, and I think will probably be my favorite. Our driver was the best of the best (literally, these roads are so narrow and he squeezed by without a scratch!), our tour guide was so helpful and engaged. We stayed at some great places, and will defiantly recommend to other looking to travel, as well as look at this company for future travel! Highly recommend!
Just back from the Colorado Rockies tour. It was a wonderful trip. Derek our tour guide and Michael our bus driver were wonderful. Scenery and weather were amazing . I would recommend this trip to anyone
Had a wonderful trip through the National Parks with Derek Moscarelli and Lance Richardson. Those two really made the trip fun!
