They booked our flights. Then the airlines that they booked with delayed our getting to our destination by 24 hours. Collette chose not to respond to emails or phone calls from our group
Our family of four took a trip to Portugal. Was supposed to spend four days on the island of St Michael instead spent one day. Collette is blaming everything on hurricane even though our flight that we were scheduled to take did make it to the island they made the decision to cancel our flight without consulting the group. Instead we spent hours on a bus and saw more museums than we cared to. I could go on and on but won’t change what happened and no compensation for being dissatisfied. Not scheduling a tour of Lisbon , Portugal while Iron Man race was going on. Actually making sure travels get to see what is listed in the tour description. Not overloading the day so that if you blink you miss the site. Upgrading their hotel stays in Europe to at least a 4 star hotel not a 3 or below!

Last year, we travelled to Iceland with the Mobile Alabama Chamber of Commerce - an awesome trip made so enjoyable by Collette and our tour guide Mario Villanis!! Mario was fabulous! I would go back to Iceland, only with Collette and only if Mario was our guide! He is knowledgeable, personable and just a lot of fun! 😘
Had an amazing and beautiful trip to Rome and Amalfi Coast. Shout out to Sergio our tour director and Pasquale the best bus driver ever!
