I went on a Collette tour with 7 friends, we did the Shades Of Ireland. Awesome trip! Kim Durham was our tour manager, she is excellent! Lots of information, very patient with those that needed it, very organized! I would recommend her any time! Bill was our driver and he was excellent! We were all very impressed!

Because of a last minute hotel change, we’ve spent many extra hours per day on the bus which is like being packed into a cattle car. It also means we travelled to Gstaad and had 20 minutes before getting back in the bus for a three hour drive back to our hotel. In addition for bus rides that at times are 9 hours long, there is no working WiFi on the bus.

I highly recommend the Shades of Ireland tour and hopefully, you get Mic (guide) and John (driver). They were phenomenal. I don't even have words to describe it. Everything was awesome.
We just completed The National Parks Tour. This was our second tour with Collette and we have not been disappointed! Our tour guide, Brian McCormick, was phenomenal! His knowledge and expertise regarding the area was amazing. He was efficient and organized not to mention his outgoing and funny personality! I highly recommend Collette and this tour guide!
We had the best knowledgeable tour manager. His knowledge and fluency in other languages made our London/Paris tour the best. Will definitely take more Collette trips.
In partnership with Avoya but poor communication. Lost two das of our trip, sent on 3 flights to get to our destination 2 days late. Asked for help thru customer contact a week ago and still no response. My advice: plan your own, or if you use Collette add several days on to cover their poor planning!! Oh and only buy trip insurance if you plan on cancelling...
