You helped all the Australians on our tour of South America get home after being stranded in Peru, but did not help us. We are still stranded in Peru. They did not even inform us a flight was available. All Collette has done is tell us our flights are cancelled. I am totally discusted with Collete after paying them nearly $20000.00
During this coronavirus we had a trip to Italy my mom is 89 and we unfortunately didn’t take out the insurance and they have said they can only give us only 30% on the land and zero on air fare back and I just think it’s poor business in a situation that is so unprecedented

We Canceled our trip to Greece on May 19 do you to corona virus pandemic, They charge us $300 each consolation fee for a situation that is behind our control. Government is advising not to travel, there is 10 cases of corona virus in Greece right now, we cannot go. I believe we should have not been charge the fees

Seamless experience with SO many extras thrown in ❤️ And ALL for less than $3000 PP - airfare - lodging - most meals included-experienced guide and bus transportation- ABSOLUTELY an AWESOME experience!!!
