Just finished up our South Dakota tour. It was great. Saw a ton of great sites like Mount Rushmore, crazy horse, badlands, devils tower. Beth our guide was great and very knowledgeable. Being the first trip out during COVID-19 I was a little worried but they went above and beyond to put us at ease. Clean bus everyday, spacing out of guests, keeping the same seats everyday and provided masks for everyone. I can not say enough about our trip. My travel agency book a trip to Germany in June for two of us. I was charged $1,250 for each of us on June 12th and then was charged again for $1,250 for both of us again on June 14th. After week of calling them I got a return call and was told it would take up to 90 days to get a refund. Imagine 3 months before I get back my $5,000. Booked a tour of Greece in September through this agency pre Covid19. We cancelled due to COVID19 back in May. We went through Marriott Vacation Club which uses Collette - and only Collette - as a third party vendor. In other words, MVC washes its hands as soon as the transaction is complete. That was understood. Collette did refund the "points" used for the trip but held on to the $700 travel insurance. Again, that was understood, pre Covid19. Had a river cruise booked for May 2020 on the Danube but unfortunately because of Covid 19 it was cancelled. I had no issues in getting a full refund for my vacation. I will definitely rebook with Collette when things return to normal...

Recently, our dream trip to Italy was canceled due to covid-19. Collette's superior customer service responded to my inquiry by message and phone call literally within minutes. Their team was sympathetic and informative with regards to our refund details. Thank you Collette. We realize this is also a difficult time for your company as well. We hope to rebook our trip to Italy with you again one day!

I'm very disappointed with Collette. I made my final payment on March 9th and the payment hit my credit card in 24 hours. My trip is now cancelled due to Coronavirus, but apparently it will take 30-40 days for the monies to be placed back on my credit card. 24 hours to take the payments - over a month to refund my money back to me. This is a stressful enough time, with the added disappointment of the cancelled trip, and now the stress of a extremely delayed refund. Very, very disappointing.
