RecommendedI have lived in a College Station Property going on my second year now and I would highly recommend leasing with them. The staff is very transparent and accommodating. If I have any trouble with my apartment, someone is always there to fix it within 24 hours (or usually the same day). The apartment is continuously well maintained and clean upon move in. My son lived at Central Park and we could not have been more pleased . By far the best property we leased from the entire time while at UA! Very helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have leased from them the entire time!

Had the pleasure of dropping in unexpectedly to tour an apartment already leased. The owner and secretary were very accommodating and I was able to schedule one for early the next morning. All of the properties seem to be well maintained and clean. Update: apartment was ready and cleaned today upon move in. Also you could smell fresh paint upon opening the door. Looks like someone did their job!!!! Yay!!!
