If you're wanting to walk to class, College Station Properties is definitely the company to go with especially if you're in the college of business as it is only a 4-5 minute walk to those buildings. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. Office staff is always very friendly and willing to work with tenants on a variety of situations! Best company I've lived with in my 6+ years of being in Tuscaloosa.
