Management at College Station is amazing! They are honest and follow through! My son lived st Preston Place for 3 years! Maintenance staff was prompt and stayed on top of all issues! On move out day check out was a breeze and the managers actually remember you! Thanks again for providing my son with safe accommodations!!!!

My daughter transferred from the University of Alabama. Signed a termination of lease with college station properties. Now they say their property manager had me sign the wrong form because he was new at the time and I owe them back rent.
I LOVE COLLEGE STATION!!!! I have lived here for two years and I don’t have a single complaint! My car died and was blocking the entrance and THEY STOPPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DROVE OVER TO HELP ME PUSH MY CAR WITHIN 5 MINUTES!! I have lived in a College Station Property going on my second year now and I would highly recommend leasing with them. The staff is very transparent and accommodating. If I have any trouble with my apartment, someone is always there to fix it within 24 hours (or usually the same day). The apartment is continuously well maintained and clean upon move in.
