Great college rental company!
College Station goes above and beyond for their tenants. I highly recommend their rental agency. They are very attentive and exceed the expectations of their tenants. They are definitely the company to choose in Tuscaloosa.
Fantastic 3 years for my daughter! Can’t say enough good things about the team at College Station Properties!!! They responded to every issue promptly and efficiently and made living “off” campus easy and affordable. So close to campus you really can “walk to class”!!
Would choose no other than College Station Properties!! My boyfriend and I lived at Notting Hill for 2.5 years and had the best experience ever. We were sad to leave! Management was so kind and attentive throughout the years. The maintenance team was incredible! Overall, the best management to rent from!
We had all positive experiences with CS for the 3+ years my daughter lived in their apartments. The staff is excellent which is key for students and parents (go AJ !!!!)
I live at Preston Place and have had a great experience this year! If you're wanting to walk to class, College Station Properties is definitely the company to go with especially if you're in the college of business as it is only a 4-5 minute walk to those buildings. Maintenance requests are taken care of almost immediately. Office staff is always very friendly and willing to work with tenants on a variety of situations! Best company I've lived with in my 6+ years of being in Tuscaloosa.
