Management at College Station is amazing! They are honest and follow through! My son lived st Preston Place for 3 years! Maintenance staff was prompt and stayed on top of all issues! On move out day check out was a breeze and the managers actually remember you! Thanks again for providing my son with safe accommodations!!!!

My daughter transferred from the University of Alabama. Signed a termination of lease with college station properties. Now they say their property manager had me sign the wrong form because he was new at the time and I owe them back rent.

RecommendedI LOVE COLLEGE STATION!!!! I have lived here for two years and I don’t have a single complaint! My car died and was blocking the entrance and THEY STOPPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DROVE OVER TO HELP ME PUSH MY CAR WITHIN 5 MINUTES!! Wish I could live here forever and ever and ever :)))) Sincerely, Satisfied tenant
