My son lived at Central Park and we could not have been more pleased . By far the best property we leased from the entire time while at UA! Very helpful and accommodating. Wish we could have leased from them the entire time!
Had the pleasure of dropping in unexpectedly to tour an apartment already leased. The owner and secretary were very accommodating and I was able to schedule one for early the next morning. All of the properties seem to be well maintained and clean. Update: apartment was ready and cleaned today upon move in. Also you could smell fresh paint upon opening the door. Looks like someone did their job!!!! Yay!!!
My student and roommates are in their first year with College Station Properties. Our experience has been nothing short of excellent. They were extremely accommodating with our move-in needs, helpful with any repairs, and their communication with students and parents is bar-none. The apartment itself is the perfect location for students and they have made the building a safe and enjoyable home away from home. I highly recommend College Station Properties!

This is my second year living in a college station property and they are an awesome group of people!!! Always willing to help and whenever there is an issue in the apartment or even the building it's usually fixed within 24 hours! They are always open to new ideas and constructive criticism from their tenants, best people to rent from in Tuscaloosa! I recommend them to everyone I know looking for a place to live!
