Been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for almost a year and FINALLY broke down and had Emily Andzulis work on some trigger points in my calves, legs and lower back yesterday.......and this morning was the first time I got out of bed without excruciating pain in my left foot. I still have a way to go before I can say that I am plantar free, but for the first time I am feeling hopeful. I know with Emily's and the Collart's help, I will beat this!!
