Terrible overall experience today came for my appointment and it was all a mess seems like no one knew what was going on or wanted to help.
Unfortunately I have to give it a star. I'd give it none in my eyes. Recietionist don't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Told me to come in the afternoon a week ago for the appointment. I came in today for said appointment and they told me my appointment was in the morning. The appointment card was set in the afternoon. Shown the card they wrote and said that's not my handwriting.
