The worst place to go to get any type of services. I’ve been waiting for an appointment for over a month. I get here. They call 10 minutes before my appointment to let me know the doctor is out and won’t be able to reschedule with me for another month then The other woman I was supposed to have an appointment with canceled twice in the same week and still has yet to respond to me for a follow up appointment. Biggest joke in Allen County
This place is bottom of the barrel, if I’m being quite honest. I had a diagnostic assessment done almost a month ago, have called and left multiple voicemails (never have gotten to speak with an actual person) requesting counseling services. I’ve not received a call back or anything, and I don’t currently have a way up to the office to go in and schedule. The phone system is an issue- You will not be able to get ahold of them by phone, the text system response does nothing, and they will never check your voicemail or call you back. You have to go into the office for any form of communication. My pharmacy AND my doctor both could not get ahold of them either. The nurses are great and very kind.
