The office is really professional, the staff is really professional, they provide great education and great amenities. The thing I dislike about Coldwell Banker is that you have to pay a yearly fee and a monthly fee to be a part of them. The problem with this is that if you are a new agent trying to learn the business, it doesn’t matter whether you sell or not you still have to pay these fees. This office has the highest quality Realtors and staff. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. The office manager Suzy is simply the best. She is always available and has great out of the box ideas. I highly recommend Realtor Albert Selma. He is extremely professional and attentive to detail.
