The office is really professional, the staff is really professional, they provide great education and great amenities. The thing I dislike about Coldwell Banker is that you have to pay a yearly fee and a monthly fee to be a part of them. The problem with this is that if you are a new agent trying to learn the business, it doesn’t matter whether you sell or not you still have to pay these fees.
