I would not recommend going with this company to manage your property. As a renter, the application process is excruciatingly long, consisting of income verification, bank statements, employment verification, for all tenants in a rental property even if one of you easily makes enough to cover rent costs. On top of that they will actually email your manager to make sure you actually work there, which is embarrassing for anyone who shows they have a high credit score and provided all necessary pay stubs and tax returns already... read more

My experience with HPW Rentals has been excellent. They are very professional, honest, and go the extra mile to help make the process go smoothly. My questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt supported throughout the process. Angela and the team were amazingly helpful when there was a snag in the process on my end. They were patient, helpful, and thorough. I have nothing but the utmost respect and would highly recommend this company!
