I hadn’t been in Colby’s for awhile, but Returned Today, And as you all know, Colby’s is truly a Owensboro Gem... Looking forward to my return visit soon...Easily the best Salad in town..Many Great items on the menu..
Most likely the best Owensboro has to offer, I say most likely not having visited every single one in what is and always has been a Resturant town, the prime rib was perfect, the cob salad is amazing and the chicken salad served with a generous portion of fresh fruit is always outstanding, they have a lot to offer and everything I have had is top drawer.
We had a birthday dinner at Colby's on Friday night we called ahead with a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. Everything was great start to finish I believe Christen was our server and she was excellent!!
RecommendedMy favorite place to dine whether is is formsl or informal.. Food delicious,friendly waitors and waitresses..Safe place to dine if you are single and don't mind eating alone. I like the bar area myself. The service is great and everyone knows your preferences...
