My new favorite restaurant! My daughter & I spent her birthday there on 3/28. It was so good that we came back again the next night. Their food is prepared with the utmost expertise from the freshest quality products. The owner is hands-on and works alongside the other staff. Wonderful service, atmosphere, and delicious meals!

Colby’s is our go-to restaurant for everything. Quick friendly lunch, meeting friends for a meal, bringing family or out-of-town guests for dinner. Our daughter requested Colby’s for her rehearsal dinner and they handled it beautifully. Showers and nice dinner parties work great in their private room. And their iced tea is always PERFECT!!
A local restaurant with a lot of character and a long history I Owensboro. Excellent chicken strips and prime rib sandwiches. A little noisy when they are busy but the staff is always friendly and attentive.

Thank you Colby’s for redeeming our weekend away! We had planned to go to The Miller House, even booked a hotel room nearby only to find out when we arrived that the restaurant was closed for an event. It shows that it is open on Facebook, no notice it was closed for a private event. We were so disappointed! I explained this to our waiter, Phillip who totally dialed in, helped us order, and made sure we were well taken care of. Good food, great service, owner was genuine, gumbo off the hook!
