My surgery was for a urethral stricture. The surgery seemed to go fine, but it was the aftercare that was disappointing. I experienced lack of professionalism in his staff and concern from Dr. Cohn. 10 days after surgery and catheter removal, I called his office and left messages. My phone calls were not returned. When I did speak with someone, I was told that I could not be seen that day and was told to go to ER. I was taken by ambulance to ER with severe UTI infection. Bad Experience.
I saw Dr. Cohn for a kidney stone. I was in a lot of pain. His office got me in quickly and I had surgery the same day. I really appreciate his help.
I would not even give this jerk one star. He is the most uncaring, rude, abrupt, incompetent so called physician my family has ever had the misfortune to meet. He treated my father with absolute disregard for caring for him and was very rough and rude. He spoke harshly and was not professional in the least! When my father chose to go to another urologist Dr Cohn REFUSED to send my father's records to the new physician father had to get ALL testing done again. He is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
I would recommend this group to anyone......they were so awesome and had my surgery ready for the next day....
Very good experience considering the pain I was in from a kidney stone. Called to office and had an answer immediately. Also had to call when the office was closed and the Doctor on call returned our call within 5 minutes.
I saw Dr. Cohn for problems with an enlarged prostate gland. He explained the office procedures with me and then discussed my results of the procedures. He seemed to take his time and seemed very interested in trying to help me with my symptoms. I would highly recommend him. The office wait time was very minimal as well.
Had a kidney stone and they got me right in and scheduled surgery that day!
My husband and I went to see him today. We saw the Dr. and his Nurse Practitioner. They were both excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The doctor and Nurse Practitioner Angie Ogle have an excellent bed side manor. I have complete trust in them and would highly recommend to anyone. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
