I went to see Dr. Ross Cohn on December 11, 2024 for my yearly check up. I have been going to him for 10-15 years. I had received a text message the week before confirming my appt. on that day & time. I drove approximately 40 miles for my appt. Went to his office and the girl there said he was no longer there. She thought he had moved to North Carolina. No one had called to cancel my appt. or send a letter, NOTHING! Just a confirmation I had an appt. On December 11. While on vacation here in Tnn my husband developed a large kidney stone and needed emergency surgery - so thankful Dr Cohn was On Call , he and the entire staff at CHI Hixson quickly got him taken care of and explained everything in a way that put us at ease - could not have asked for a better experience to what was a difficult and very painful situation - from the ER to recovery then discharge everyone was respectful and cared for both me and my husband like family.
