It is impossible to get a return phone call from the service department regarding my loveseat that was delivered damaged. We purchased the furniture 6 months ago and I have made countless phone calls and emails. No one is ever available to speak with me at the time of call and the service techs never call to schedule a visit. It should not be this difficult to get furniture fixed or replaced.
The gentlemen that sold me my items was very nice & professional. Everyone else has been rude & i can’t get a straight up answer about when my piece of furniture will be in when i ordered & paid for it over two months ago. I ordered two couches and 1 ottoman. No one even had the common courtesy to tell me that the ottoman would not be arriving on my delivery date with the rest of my furniture. I am told a different answer every time i call. The salesman Joseph is nice and all, but when we ordered two rooms and only get one room on time, then 6 weeks later still waiting for my dining room set. Not dependable it's a shame, furniture too expensive to be waiting this long ugh. We are not pleased
