I have purchased my living room set, dining room set, master bedroom set, & 2 twin bed sets from Cohens. All my furniture is lovely, & of good quality ! I highly recommend COHENS FURNITURE !!
They have good furniture...their customer service sucks. Needs in provement!
Customer Service is horrible. Ordered and paid for a sectional. Delivered 1/2 the sectional in the wrong color, the chaise is not stuffed properly so you can't sit on it and the drivers damaged my walls. Over a week of calling and trying to get answers and all I get is the run around. Would rather have my money back and shop somewhere else.
My husband and I went to Cohen's on a Sunday, and were told our bed could be delivered on Saturday. We were very clear that it had to be in the morning, and that if it couldn't be in the morning, we would have to reschedule to the following Tuesday, my next day off. The Thursday before our scheduled delivery, I got a call telling me my time on Saturday would be in the afternoon. Just got home from cohens after a terrible experience there and terrible customer service just to see my furniture completely scratched up. Do not recommend this place at all. My family is expecting a complete refund.
