RecommendedWe have made 3 separate purchases from Cohen Brothers..one for our granddaughter's first bedroom set, one for a mattrres purchase and a third for dining room furniture. Everytime we have used them, there has nevrn been an issue. Delivery was always on time. Prodict was of good quality or better. Our salesman, Greg, has always gone above and beyond for us. Good furniture, rude personnel!
I decided never to buy from them again years ago after the furniture I bought was delivered damaged and they wouldn't come repair it. Manager I spoke with recently for a different issue was extremely rude. And the building on Kirkwood Hwy is an eye sore!
Got approved for the snap credit we got the furniture timely everything was going good furniture arrived movers was real nice until i called snap and they told me i signed my life away if the full payment wasnt paid within the 1st 3 months when i bought the furniture i was told their will be a interest. And i was fine with it what he didnt tell me is that i will have to pay a the full interest even if it wadnt paid within 3 months its a huge regret would have gone somewhere else. And not signed my life away
Didn't realize you could leave store experience. George was a nice salesman. But once the deal was secured the office people need training. They do not know what they are doing. They do not think of themselves as the customer.
I ORDERED A BED, BOOKSHELVES AND DESK MAY 1ST AND RECEIVED IT MAY 31ST......WAS VERY PLEASED AND LOVED IT.... DELIVERY WAS AWESOME AND I JUST CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT MY NEW FURNITURE.....WILL BE BACK.....

The store on Kirkwood Highway has a very large selection of every thing you will ever need and right now they are running a "Great Sale" so if your looking to buy new furniture I suggest to start looking right here. Great sales people too and will make you a good deal. Start shopping

We bought a sectional, and a complete bedroom set a few months ago, and I went back yesterday to get more things, I love this store, never had a problem with anything, the people at the counter are amazing, very friendly and did everything they could to get us what we wanted.... the men that brought my furniture were also very kind and friendly, even helped me rearrange my room....we definitely will go back...
