I ordered couches they told me it would be two weeks for them to come in.... it’s now 3 weeks and they are finally in but I had to call myself to see if they was in or not. Then offered me the “first available” slot for delivery for Friday so my two week time frame is now turning into a whole month. Yet I asked to pick them up myself and I still have to wait 4 days before I can pick them up?! Never again would I buy anything from this company

Have bought much of my furniture there over the years and glad to have them in Cecil County
They need to respond to a my request. I've been trying to exchange my dining room table for 3-4 weeks. The manager, Wasim and salesperson, Joseph refuse to help me with my issue. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Went to the Elkton location. Sam was great! Was able to really look around and decide what I wanted without being bothered constantly. I will definitely recommend Cohen to friends and family.
I went to Cohens Furniture for a center table! Instead I found the same glass I needed and the staff was quick and very professional!! I recommend the store a lot!!
Cohens is the best. The people are friendly and the lady is very helpful and always try’s to go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal. (At the farmers market) I would recommend going to cohens for all your purchases
