Made my 1st and last purchase with Cohens at their Elkton store in 2017. Sofa was delivered with small hole on the arm, delivery was at the holidays so I asked for someone to just come fix it and I would take a very small refund for not getting 100% perfect furniture—Cohens agreed, still waiting for both.

I ordered a new sectional and paid for it in full and time of purchase on 5/18/19. Had phone call furniture was in on 5/31/19, had all old furniture removed and carpets cleaned only to find out they wont deliver until 6/12/19 almost a month after purchase? tried to cancel order and get a refund which they will not allow, sitting on floor with my dog for another 10 days, SHOP ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!!!
bought furniture from this place call to complain about it was broken try to get a fix every time I call they make excuses that the part did not come in I've been waiting over a moth the part is to the still not in they always make excuses to get me off the phone I am going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and contact a lawyer to get my furniture fixed I would never buy anything from this place again or recommend this place to anybody lousy service and they sell junk
I purchased bar stools more than a month ago. I never received a phone call or email to update me on the status of my purchase. I called several times and they couldn’t give me an estimated time of delivery. I called this evening to check on the status, no update available.
