We ordered a dining room table and chairs on Oct. 26 and still have not received 3 of the chairs. Each time they try to deliver the chairs they are damaged. On a recent call the salesman said, " I have 2 of the chairs, the third one is split down the middle. I can see when our repairman comes in if it can be fixed." I experienced that they sell "protection plans" but the company does not honor the agreement.
Will never buy from here again! Management is the WORST.
Awful customer service. Do not back their products. My friend has been with a broken dining room set for months without resolution. Don’t waste your money!
