Great service! Just got here and they found exactly what I wanted.
I wish I could give negative stars. I purchased furniture that was delivered about 2 months late. The salesman lied about the fabric of the furniture. I had gotten rid of my furniture based on the lies I was told by the salesman and went without any furniture for almost 2 months. when it was finally delivered it was damaged and I called the store. The website says that they price match. I called before visiting the store to ask about it, and I was told to bring a copy of the price from the other store. So, I did. But they wouldn't match the price. They were willing to negotiate to get closer to it, but they would not match the price. Very disappointing.

Bought a sofa and love seat about a year ago. 3 months in the seams started coming apart. Called to let them know about it. First the person who handles these problems was out of the country - try later. Finally after several months, they sent a repair man who stated "this can not be fixed." Six weeks after the repair saw the furniture, I am calling them to find out what was the result. They said my dogs did it. So not true. I wonder what their excuse would be if I didn't have dogs.
