I walked into Honda a couple weeks ago with no intentions to walk out with a car at that moment. I just wanted to see what my options were. I met with Mo who took care of me the moment I got out of my car. We talked and I told him what I wanted and the reasons why I wanted to trade my current car in. Great customer service. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Waiting time was appropriate and waiting area is great with TV and snacks. Overall is great. Thanks Gabriel for making the experience a pleasant one. Will definitely come back. God bless you all!!
I think the service department as a whole is improving, but advisor Mathew Mendez in particular has provided excellent service for us. It used to take 2+ hours for an oil change, which would make me late to pick up my preschooler who was only in school for 3 hours each day. Once I started working with Mathew, he made sure to have me out of there in time. I haven’t had to wait longer than 60-75 minutes, even when the waiting area is full. Thank you Mathew!
The only place I’ll go to get a car service is this place it’s very clean inside and outside and the guy who take care my Honda is very friendly love this place
