I was impressed that Coggin and the service rep. Bruce had me in and out for my oil change in just a little over an hour. I set an appointment used a coupon and received a synthetic oil change for $47. I have had bad experiences with them before. I am glad they have stopped it up. Applause.
Have serviced there for 14 years ans service is excellent!! Have big screen tv with movies, coffee, donuts,popcorn,etc. don't mind waiting. Almost like a second home, LOL.
I was able to do most of the purchase online before I arrived, which was helpful because I live 4 hours away. The workers were all really nice and there wasn't a lot of upselling pressure.
Honda at Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, their service is awful, to change our starter, they wanted to charge us over $800.00 so we had to pay a tow truck back to our house to have someone to come to our house and do it for us. They overcharge every service and by the way, phone customer service is not available in spanish so I have to call for my mother in law to make any appointment or make any question.

Absolutely the worst dealership for used cars in Orlando. They do not value their customers time or money and trying to get a hold of someone in the finance/accounting department to get your deposit back is nearly impossible. I can't believe how inconsiderate and unprofessional this dealership is. Do not waste your time here. You will not be valued at all. Only hassled for more money.
