I've been a loyal customer at Coffee & Hair Kendall since it first opened, and it's always been one of my favorite places. The staff is wonderful, and all the stylists are incredibly welcoming and professional. However, I noticed a change this morning when trying to book an appointment online. This has been my favorite spot to do my hair for years now. I started in the Doral location she’d filled my favorite hair stylist to the west Kendall location. While I love all the hairstylists I do have a special bond with one in particular and prefer them to my hair. Today, I walked in and noticed someone else in my hair stylists chair at my appointment time. It turns out there were changes to their scheduling app. You now can no longer choose your stylist. my blowout was great and the stylist who did it was so sweet however the customer service here is not great. the receptionist was on her phone the entire time and forgot to make my coffee and had to be reminded to do so.
I visit here whenever I visit family to get my weekly blowout and wash (with extensions). I book it with any staff and almost always get Daniela. I don’t know how she does it, but she straightens my hair impeccably and somehow it doesn’t frizz at all. I went to a restaurant outdoors last night for 3.5 hours, and absolutely no frizz. Even my friend told me she doesn’t know how my hair is holding up (I don’t know either). I visit from NC, and I struggle to keep it nice over there.
