I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. My elderly mother and teenage daughter had an appointment here and unfortunately arrived about 20 minutes late due to heavy traffic in the middle of a storm. I completely understand that businesses have policies about lateness and cancellations, but what was most disappointing was the lack of empathy or willingness to help in this situation. Spectacular as usual. This is my go-to place for a quick blow dry. Today we tried braids for my daughter at the Bird location. As usual, they didn’t disappoint!
