Cody is very professional & always on time for their appointments. Mike does a great job inside & outside. Since using them I haven't seen any creepy crawlers or flying insects in my home. I think they are doing a great job. I highly recommend their service.
I want to report that Cody Pest Control operates in an unethical and unfair manner. We had sold our home and asked them not to come treat. The manager, Steve knew this as our account was flagged as "sale pending" and as a military account stationed overseas and only treat with plenty of notice so that I could have our property manager to make sure the irrigation system was turned on to water in any fertilizer applied.
