Cody comes when expected, they do a thorough job and explain everything for us. The results have been excellent. This is a great locally owned business.
The Termite Bond representative has been very considerate of our home and especially during the COVID19 pandemic.
Cody Pest Control has always been prompt; kept to the schedule; reasonable in pricing; and they take care of extras if you see something in between regular lawn maintenance. Their product does not have a strong smell like I was used to with other companies, which is important; and it also does not affect my allergies. All in all, I highly recommend Cody Pest Control to take care of your pests indoor or out.
Timely and effective service. Very polite. Made sure none of the dog toys were in the way. This is the 2nd time using them and I am very happy with the service and pricing.

We’ve used Cody for over eight years. There was a short break after building a new house and we were required to have a different service. They were horrible and unprofessional. We contacted Cody and were happy to learn they served our area. Even though we had to start over with our termite bond, it was worth the money. Simply because Cody is the best in the area.
