Bob was very professional, explained what he was doing, and took special care treating around our many fish tanks.
1. The office called me to say they would be 10 minutes late. What a thoughtful thing to do for a mere 10 minutes. 2. Highly experienced technician. Advised me of the order he would complete the job. Helped me move the pets around ahead of time. Clean, neat. I could not have been more pleased.
