We bought a car and in less than a year we've spent over 3,000 on repairs. They told us the car was in good condition when we bought it but one month of driving it we had a bad gas leak and I have small children! Finally, after trying to call and being put on hold for 30 minutes with no response I go to the shop and Nassir helps to fix our car. He was the only one that was genuinely concerned with helping us.
