I test drove a vehicle at this establishment. I wanted to ensure there were no mechanical issues. I didn't detect any. A few days later I purchased this vehicle. Immediately I noticed the drivability was different. The car began stalling in middle of highway, causing it to stop. I reached out to dealer. Vehicles are sold "As-Is" and we do NOT hide behind '"no warranty"' as we offer ALL customers the opportunity, and we encourage ALL customers to look into purchasing an extended warranty as they are investing in a used vehicle. We are a reputable dealer that does offer warranties on each quality used vehicle we sell. The Car Fax showed you the history, not the future. We stand behind our sales.
This establishment is a rip off! I bought a vehicle from them CASH at 23 thousand and change. They told me the only problem wrong with the vehicle was that it had a jammed door in which they offered to fix if I paid 2700 more. I figured I would come out cheaper and look for other places before I committed to that. I checked the car fax for this vehicle and everything on the title checked out well. Upon arrival at Cobb Luxury Cars, Inc., my intentions were to sign paperwork and provide the $5000 down payment for prearranged sale. These customers signed a contract. They also signed an agreement called a "Buyer's Guide" that states they bought the vehicle "as-is" The customers did have the truck for more than 20 minutes and the dealership did offer to pay for half of the repairs. When the customers came in for a refund, we have to go by the contract, so we follow the Bailment Agreement. We try to work with every customer to fit each of his/ her needs. Unfortunately, they were not willing to work with us. All vehicles are sold As-Is
worst car dealer around ,they can not do paperwork right you come back the next day and they will change banks to go to a higher rate first day we had a 7.9 came back to get it the next day they went with a different bank with a 14.9 rate. do not deal with Ralph he will do his best to screw you. all in all do not go there.

Mr. ******** did not purchase a vehicle from Cobb Luxury. His sister did and because he is third party by compliance we are not allowed to discuss details of finance to him. We apologize for any misunderstanding he may have, but the rate change was explained to Ms ******** to which she understood and accepted. These people are thieves! I bought an Escalade there in May of this year after shopping around for 6 months. When I showed up to test drive the car on my appointment it was not even there, the owner drove it home the night before. So I had to come back but I really loved the car. When I went to test drive it they said "we just put a new battery in it." I test drove it 7 miles away and cut it off, it would not come back on. The part has been in and we are waiting on the customer to come in so we may fulfill our agreement. Also, the check for her payment for her auto debit was reimbursed to her. We try our best to make every customer satisfied and meet our obligations.
