I Purchaseda vehicle from Cobb Luxury Cars. I also purchased an extended warranty from a third party warranty company that they advertised and offered. They forgot to give me the warranty paperwork on purchase date. I called multiple times and they promised it would be emailed. A week later and still no email. I had to travel back there ( over 2 hours) two retrieve the paperwork. 3 weeks later had to put vehicle in the shop for extensive repairs. IM SORRY THAT BBB DONT HAVE AN OPTION TO GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR FOR REVIEWS OR IT WOULD BE IN THE NEGATIVE!! PLEASE ********************* BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS TRASH DEALERSHIP!! My car broke down in just a year with MAJOR engine problems and I cant even get ******* the ** (so they say) on the phone! I test drove a vehicle at this establishment. I wanted to ensure there were no mechanical issues. I didn't detect any. A few days later I purchased this vehicle. Immediately I noticed the drivability was different. The car began stalling in middle of highway, causing it to stop. I reached out to dealer. He (manager) informed me to have codes run and call him back. I did just that. I took car by auto zone. I called back and he never answered. Sold me a car under fraud , been trying to take him to court been avoiding me and the sheriffs department they should not be allowed to do business in ******* 07-02-2022

Very Bad For Business , did a credit app on Thursday was told my check stubs looked fraud from my current employer , told I needed to send in bank statements for proof of direct deposit did that was told on Monday it was sent over to bank should her something the afternoon never heard nothing called back the next day to get an answer still nothing now today I call they claim I need a co signer with a ******* credit score for a ***** loan ask for them to show me where the bank stated that they say they cant , not only that it... read more

drove 7 hours for a deal that was finalized got there double payment double money down and 10k more onto final **** only difference between these guys an a common thief is one wears a ski mask while the other wears a suit and tie they just wanna **** u for as much cash as possible with there high pressure sales tactics they even made derogatory remarks towards my BLM hat I was wearing

Not only was this customer not truthful about his income, upon running our security cameras back and speaking with the salesman and finance manager, he is being untruthful about wearing a BLM hat. We are a minority owned business and take these accusations very seriously. We are in the business to sale cars, not be a target.
