Tidewater Animal Emergency is a joke I was in the clinic at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night and waited for 3 hours with my dog. After a 3 hour wait we took her home and never saw a Vet. We will never go there again.

They use a messed up crematory business "Alternative Animal Rights, Inc" I took my dog in, they pumped her full of fluids and gave her diuretics and said she had pancreatitis. They told me it would take thousands of dollars to try to save her, which we didn't`t have, so we had her euthanized. The Crematory that they use GAVE ME THE WRONG ANIMAL BACK and didn`t know it until I complained that the container was light. Alternative Animal Rights gave me my money back and didn't`t want me to tell Emergency Animal Clinic in Glenda... read more

Amazing! I have never been so impressed with the professionalism of a staff in all of my pet owning days. Even at 3A.M. the staff at the EAC is ready to go. Poisonings, hit by car, kidney failure. I've presented animals over the years with these ailments and worse and the staff has always saved the day, or been extremely professional trying. I cannot thank them enough for the help they have provided. PROS: well staffed CONS: small parking lot

Disappointed I live in Sun City West. Late in the evening my dog was attacked by a coyote. I went immediately to the Emergency Animal Clinic in Peoria. Without even an initial examination I was told to put my beloved pet down; put her out of her misery. When I asked if there was anything that they could do they hit me with an estimate of nearly $2,000 still without an exam of her wounds. I asked for some pain medication and took my dog home. They did not offer any compassion but did charge me $300. In the morning I took my d... read more

It's all about the money Had to take my new puppy in she eat something toxic. Before they stated treating her they had to get there payment of $759.00. She almost died because they wanted there money first.Well they thought I should put her to sleep because she was getting worse. But as soon as we came up with the money she started getting better. It's that funny ! They decide to be a vet because they love animals some where along the way they loss the reason it's all about the $. If they would charge a more reasonable amount... read more

CARE ONLY ABOUT MONEY NOT PETS OR PEOPLE!! My 11 year old sons dog Ruger woke up at 1 am drooling, went stiff, fell over and we thought he was going to die. We rushed him to the Emegency Animal Clinic, PLC in Scottsdale and was told that he probably had a seizure and that it would cost just under $700 to test him and keep him there until 9 am. I said "ok" but had rushed out and and not brought my credit card, but would pay at 9 am in the morning. They said it was against there policy and that the CEO Jeanne Peters would "fir... read more

Treating Billy I took my dog, Billy, to my regular vet Friday because he was acting lethargic and out of sorts. My vet said that a blood test would have to be done. On Saturday, I called my vet for status. Billy had levels that were really low and he needed to be put on IV treatment. My vet said that the treatment would have to continue through Saturday night and recommended EAC. He told me the approximate cost that they'd charge and also told me about "Care Credit." I applied for care credit, was accepted. I went and got Bi... read more

Kind and Compassionate I brought my cat in because it was time for her to go. The staff could not have been more caring and compassionate. They immediately took me to a separate room and took care of everything right there. I never even had to go back to the desk. They were concerned that I spend as much time with my cat as I wanted to, and they let me cry and talk as much as I wanted. I was very impressed with their care and dedication to making my cat's last moments as easy as possible. Thank you for being there.
