Poor maintenance and constantly raising the prices. Terrible way to reward renewing a contract. My original rent was 650, now it's almost 850. For a one bedroom. Highly recommended nobody sign a lease here.
Office is consistently rude and unprofessional. Apartment was not.move in ready we had a gas leak our first week here and they left a completely none functioning kitchen sink on our unit for almost a week. Would not recommend for anybody.

We really enjoy Cobalt Springs dog park and amenities, the staff is always so friendly . Jean is the first to offer treats when you walk in the door !!!!!
