I lived in Cobalt Springs a couple years back & i loved it . Now , idk what’s going on . I have been awaiting a refund since July & still have not gotten a check in the mail . They always say it was mailed & every-time it miraculously gets lost . Everyday I am in constant contact with a woman by the name of Nikki, who does not text back or answer her phone at all . MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!! MAINTENANCE IS TOO!! They do not contact you nor do they send anyone out to fix issues you've reported. I've sent email after email after email!!! But will definitely contact you if rent isn't paid on time.
They are impossible to contact. Terrible management.

My children are living in a mild infested apartment & have been complaining about it to the office for 2 months!! Nothing has been done & the property manager told them she could grow mold in her office...lol, I bet she could because it's probably already there!!! So freaking professional!!
Horrible experience all around.
Our apartment was shot at. we decided to move for our own safety. The front office thought it would be a great idea to make us pay the full lease break penalty. Lawyers got involved. Still had to pay half because the ----hole apartments didnt keep us safe.
