office staff are rude and incompetent. Jean specifically, she is rude and down right hateful to the point of my wife and I trying to avoid going into the office as much as possible. that's the only reason I will not be renewing my lease here for a 3rd time, is due to their horrible customer service.
RecommendedThere are 2 swimming pools, a workout room, business center with computers, 2 dog parks, gas BBQ's, 2 playgrounds, a car wash area, and even a couple of walking trails. This is a lovely place to live, with a friendly office and helpful maintenance.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff at Cobalt Springs and getting to know as many residents as I can. I will do everything I can to help current and future residents enjoy your home.
I fucking hate this apartment complex.
This has been the worse place I have stayed in my life. I moved to the upstate and decided to rent from this company and had nothing but regrets. we fought with roaches the whole time we was there. we was paying for pest control with out rent and couldnt even get the help we needed. calling for spray and had to calling for almost two months before they came the last time. we lived there for three years and we had to deal with shootings, bugs, and rent going up every year and no home improvements. Our AC broke every year along with other things! Our bathroom ceiling fell and mold everywhere! Save your money and go somewhere else!
