When we first moved in the staff was nice and understanding, but after you live it’s like they don’t care anymore! They will try to weasel their way out of anything!! This was the worse place a ever lived. There were a several of times when I call their attention about the mold on the apartment the licks on the bathrooms sinks, incomplete bathrooms with no cabinets. And they never did anything to fix it every time I tell them about the issue especial the mold they had an excuse. This apartment complex are very expensive for you to have to repair on your own when they should be in charge of dong all Thien things. THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER LIVED! The office staff is horrible and so unhelpful! Pam was always rude when I called the office when first moving in and had basic questions or needed help with something! Then when we were moving out they were rude about it! We were suppose to have a prorated cost because our lease ended several days before the month ended and they tried to charge us for a full month! And now 2 months after moving out no calls no emails no letters (they said they sent 1 letter on June 23rd that I never received)... read more
The front desk sucks. They trying to shut my power off for a whole day to do something not imperative... during a quarantine when I have fridge and freezer full of food and a NEWBORN! They don’t care about you!!

First. They have ZERO customer service. All they want to do is TEXT. They will NOT return a phone call nor will they pick up their phones to answer questions. Horrible customer service. I had two simple quick questions to ask and they would only request that I text. They refused to engage. Done with THAT BS.
Debra was our leasing agent and she was absolutely wonderful! Very patient and understanding with any questions or concerns we may have had! Excited to see what’s in store for the remainder of our lease!
I just wanted to throw a shout out to Jean in the office. She is such a precious human and was so kind and helpful especially after having me call 10 times with question after question - she was so polite and over all just GREAT!
