We moved in April of last year & I'm so thankful that we recently closed on a house and got out of there. While I'm thankful that the regional property manager agreed to let us out of our lease without penalty (after trying to get in contact with someone in charge for nearly 3 weeks), it hardly makes up for the shady practices and hazards. RecommendedEveryone here has been great with helping us to get settled in.The maintenance staff has the property looking great. They recently installed a new lamp post outside my building, I feel so much safer coming home after dark.
There is mold in my apartment.
All I can say is I went into a newly leased apartment and it smelled like cat urine. Looks like they put new flooring down and it may of been old carpet that got thrown out due to cat issues. Sooo nasty don’t do it �������
I wouldn’t recommend it. At move it towel racks where sitting in the floor and shower rack wasn’t put on properly. Asked for them to fix it and they put blue clay on the back. Looks like the hung it with bubble gum. Mold in the rooms and awful cigarette smell in the buildings. Pot smelled up the hall ways and loud neighbors kept me up countless times with loud music! This is, by far, the worst place I have ever lived. The office staff is beyond incompetent. I just can't believe how unhelpful they are. We've had multiple maintenance issues, and every single time we had to call the office multiple times. When they finally came out, it took multiple trips from maintenance to get things fixed. We lived here two years, and (hallelujah!) are moving into our own home this weekend. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. SO MANY ISSUES!! Too many to name here.
