Appointments are on time, informative and thorough. The check-in, pre-op and surgery were 1st rate. Dr. Ramsey has now replaced both of my hips and both the surgery and recovery were like non-events. I never needed a pain pill and had no real discomfort. I was walking without a walker or a cane within 2 weeks of surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Ramsey and his staff.
At 74 years old, my hip replacement was the very first surgery I have ever had. Dr. Ramsey answered all my questions in a very calm manner which helped me relax and not be so anxious. He made me feel very confident in his ability to do my surgery. In fact, he teaches the hip replacement surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Ramsey.
I had my hip replaced 3 weeks ago. OrthoSC, Dr. Ramsey's orthopedic group, has a comprehensive and well-designed joint replacement program. I received more than quality surgical care - I also received pre-operative teaching through videos, manuals, and Caresense (an online tool). The scheduling of all post-op visits was flawless. Dr. Ramsey replaced my left hip and within three weeks I was walking on my own without pain. His manner was professional yet caring. I felt comfortable in his care. He and his team were there for me from the first appointment through post op and were always supportive. I am so satisfied I'm making an appointment to have the right hip done in the fall.
This surgery was exactly what Dr. Ramsey and his nursing team briefed me about from beginning to and My experience was easier than I anticipated. Physical therapy was a must do in order get back to normal activity. I can easily recommend highly!
Dr Ramsey has done both my knees and now one hip. I am pleased with the outcome. I am 71 and do not bounce like the 30-40-50 yr olds. But I am healing nicely. I am very pleased with him.
Ton of research on Dr. Ramsey before finally selecting him as my surgeon. I’ve actually referred him on several occasions to our friends and customers and have gotten called back saying wow what a tremendous referral. Exudes confidence whenever you meet with him, he makes you feel very comfortable, takes his time and answers any and all questions that you feel are important to you. Still need to have the other knee done and I know where I’ll be going when it’s time.
From 1st appointment thru first post-op visit, this has been a great experience…only glitch was at the pharmacy…my nurse navigator took care of that issue while I was on the phone with her!!! Kudos to Dr Ramsey and his staff…so grateful !!!
Dr. Ramsey was an excellent doctor. He did my left knee replacement and I am very satisfied with the results. Can't wait to have the right knee done
