I love dr. Ramsey and the whole office. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, compassionate and caring. The nurse Navigator Angela was a great resource. I could contact her at anytime with anything and she got back to me on a very timely basis and calmed all my concerns. I love the whole program with care sets. Dr. Ramsey performed knee replacement surgery on my left knee 22 days ago. I am in awe of the professionalism and care he and his staff exercised leading up to and following my surgery. I could not be more pleased with my outcome at this stage in my recover.
I had a very positive experience with hip replacement. From the minute I awakened from surgery the pain has been diminished or absent from pre surgery status. His staff provided outstanding care both pre and post surgery. I will return to see Dr. Ramsey in a few months for knee replacement without reservation or apprehension.
Everything went well as expected almost back to walk like I'm suppose to.Most thankful to Dr.Ramsey and his staff.
De. Ramsey has a great “bedside” manner. He was very thorough in the details of the surgical procedure, answered all questions and I left the visit feeling totally confident that I was in good hands. His skill in this field is excellent. I had an Anterior Hip Replacement performed by him a month later and within 4 days I was able to transition from the walker to the cane and a few days after that I no longer needed the cane. The staff was friendly, informative, helpful and supportive. The app CareSence was a great reminder of what I should do or expect for the next few upcoming days .
Very thorough initial visit. He explained my situation regarding the right hip, taking into consideration, the X-Rays taken, and symptoms discussed. Dr. Ramsey answered all questions in a very clear and patient manner. Both my wife and I felt that we were in very competent hands.
From the initial visit I was very pleased with the entire experience. Excellent surgical treatment. Loving walking normally again.
