I have been so impressed with Dr Ramsey and his entire team from the first visit. On September 9 Dr Ramsey did a total knee replacement. I have had a great experience. From day one after scheduling my surgery, every step of the way was explained. I was very nervous about having my knee replaced and Dr Ramsey and his team put me at ease. I did a lot of research in trying to determine which doctor to choose to do my knee replacement. Dr. Ramsey came highly recommended on social media and I perused his website and watched his video explaining his experience, procedures and pain protocol. He did not disappoint! I had already had one knee done in another state, so I knew what to expect, especially in the way of pain. Short wait time in office. Replaced my left hip, surgery went really well and had quick, painless recovery
I just had my second Knee Replacement done. I had my first done out of state. When I moved to Myrtle Beach 2 years ago I began my search for a new surgeon to perform my next knee replacement. After many months of researching and reading patient reviews off multiple sites I settled on Dr Ramsey. I found in my research that he is one of the top 1 or 2 surgeons based on patient feedback. Excellent physician and surgeon. I’ve had a total knee replacement and a total hip replacement and both have been very successful. Full movement. Strength back. Very little pain.
Dr. Ramsey is a caring, excellent orthopedic surgeon. He was very reassuring about my hip replacement and explained my condition and the procedure in terms I could understand. When I slipped post- op and was panicked that I did damage to my hip, he saw me in the office, verified the condition of my hip with an x-ray and provided the reassurance I needed.
I had hip surgery 3 1/2 weeks ago. Today I am 90% free of even a cane! He does true anterior hip surgery and has done thousands of them He is supported by the Ortho Sc team which is easily contacted and very responsive.
Have been coming to Dr. Ramsey for over 3 years. Just had knee replacement surgery after exhausting other avenues of treatment. So very pleased with the entire experience and my new knee.
