I bought a car yesterday and I had a terrible experience with Paul from the Coastal Nissan finance department. I was left waiting 90 Minutes (after being told to come in right away to get all the paperwork done) and he was rude, condescending and exhibited some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had it not been for Issan ( the sales associate who was the complete opposite) I would have walked out. My experience could not have been any greater with Coastal Nissan! This was my first time buying a car on my own, these people treat you like they've known you for years! The sales team and finance team were very helpful and reassuring with any questions I had. I could not get over how easy going and helpful everyone was to me, I highly recommend Coastal Nissan to anyone and I will never go anywhere else for a new car!
