I recently purchased a used car from Coastal and the experience could not have been better. I worked with Lance who knew the car inside and out and helped me find the right kind of test drive and once I made up my mind it was smooth sailing. Had a very pleasant buying experience With Lance and Mike Shea. Very convoluted system of finance and delivery though. Had to trek between Cohasset and Norwell (car we wanted originally was listed on Web site as being in Hanover , but they sent us to Cohasset ).Finance guy ...another story.Closed on car 11/28. As of 1/17, despite many requests, I still do not warranty packet from Nissan .

Best experience with staff, no pushy dealers, excellent maintenance service, and never had a problem with any of my nissan vehicles of the years. Great quality vehicles.
I would give a minus five if I could. Going there to buy a used-car was definitely the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. Here are some of their tricks to fool their customers. 1. After reaching a price that both parties agreed with, the sales suddenly changed their mind, telling us that if we wanted that car at that price, we had to do financing--so that they could make more money. Over 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation today. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!! Also they said the fluids would be topped off. What do ya know.....they weren't. I had a bad experience the previous visit and kept my mouth shut. Coastal owners should be floored but I'm sure they only see the 5 star reviews. Customer service was a joke as well. After my 50+ minute wait I got a "hey cars done". Everyone at coastal should be fired and a new staff brought in.
