Was trying to look at vehicles for our daughter and she found one she was interested in. Was told to come back the next day to see what she had to trade in only to be told when we got there that they already had a deposit on it. This would have been fine except for they refused a deposit from my husband yesterday and was told today that they only take deposits from people who are going to buy the car. Couldn't be happier to deal with Tony Demeo in the service department. He got me right in and out with the repairs that I needed for my Armada. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Coastal Nissan if it needs work. Ask for Tony!
Was looking for a new Altima that had to have beige leather crimson red a sun roof and gps and a price range that fit my budget Richard W and Nate B were fantastic to deal with and found me my 2016 Altima SL the service dept is great as well the whole experience was second to none.
Bought a used car that would not pass inspection.. Was told I would have to drive it more in order for it to pass inspection. Drove it more and still would not pass. Told them I wanted my money back and was told no. Contacted the BBB and they sent a measly $100 gift card to their dealership, like I want anything else from these crooks. They called to yell at me about contacting the BBB and ripoff report. Bunch of crooks and liars.
We went in for service which I thought an oil change and a new battery should not cost $193.98! And while waiting we asked the receptionist to let us speak with a sales person (place is empty) and 24min later still no sales man. Clean and polite.
Long wait yesterday at service department. Two hours and initially was told one.
Another great experience at both Coastal in Norwell and Coastal in Cohasset. Lance was great at getting my daughter the best deal on her first car. Thanks again!
