George in service is the best. They get me in and out.
They MADE me give it a star. I wouldn't even give it one star. Wasted yesterday working out a deal only to come in today and have it change. Good times. Typical bait and switch. I get that a deal can fluctuate, but they didn't even know what car I came in for. It was fun entertaining my kids while watching the salesperson work three deals at the same time, ignore us for an hour, then come back with a deal $4,000 different than the one I had yesterday! Purchased two cars here over an 8 year span. NO customer service issues at all. Every service ever done on the cars were done here as well. Including oil changes and tire replacement.
We've bought 2 vehicles from coastal and done all of our maintenance there. They've always been really good with appointments with us and working on prices that work for us! Awesome team, and best dealership I've ever been to!
