I was happy with the service, but I arrived in the morning for a simple oil change only to be told they’re going to have to do 2 recalls on it, so now it won’t be ready until 5 o’clock in the afternoon! I feel they should have offered a loaner car. I had my day planned out and ended up getting nothing done �

I've been getting my vehicle serviced here for 3 years. Willie Rivera has consistently been very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. They service my car quickly, and when I had a problem with it not starting, made sure I had a loaner even though they were about to close for the day. Willie regularly updated me as to the status of repairs, and made 100% sure it was running perfectly before releasing it back to me. Would also recommend Tony Lopez in the Sales Department. The staff was ready to take care of me. They all received me with a courteous, friendly, professional demeanor. I was multi-tasking over telephone--a federal government call that I could not cut short. I apologized to all the staff and they were very gracious and accommodating.
