RecommendedGreat experience! I had to make the difficult decision to give up a vehicle I love and was sentimental to me, in order to lower my monthly payments. They were patient with me, negotiated fairly, and ultimately I ended up paying even less than what was agreed upon the day I took the car, for a car one year newer than what I traded. Helpful and friendly staff that care about you
Coastal Mitsubishi is a great place to buy a car in Brevard County. Their employees and customer service is excellent. Ryan was my salesman and walked me thru the whole process, without any issues. Brian, the sales manager was also very helpful. My finance guy Brad was helpful and honest. Had a slight issue a few days after the sale and they were right on the ball to help solve it. I recommend this dealer
They are the worst company I have ever dealt with to have damage they did to have repaired. They did every thing short of calling me aliar. Tomorrow I will be going to the Better business Bureau to lodge a complaint. Stay away from Coastal Mitsubishi

Not trying to screw people out of money by purposely damaging NY radiator which was perfectly fine before I took my car there to get my alarm fixed. Never had an issue with my car til I took it there. Complained, but of course no one got back in touch with me. Never again.
